                               RESOLUTION NO. 19289
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM 
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC 
                   WORKS TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SCS 
                   ENGINEERS, RELATIVE TO THE FINAL DESIGN ON 
                   THE METHANE GAS CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE 
                   SUMMITT LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 
                   DOLLARS ($102,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the 
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute 
       an Agreement with SCS Engineers, relative to the final design on 
       the methane gas control system for the Summitt Landfill, for an 
       amount not to exceed $102,000.00.
